Certified, experienced, passionate

Head Coach Steve

Steve loves mountain bikes!

Since getting his first BMX for his 5th birthday, Steve has been riding bikes ever since. This means he has more years of riding experience than he'd like to admit (let's just say it's more than 30!).

Steve has ridden BMX dirt, BMX street, downhill MTB, enduro MTB and cross country MTB in his time. However, his real love lies in the gravity side of mountain biking.

Having recently emigrated to South Africa from the UK, Steve has been privileged to ride some of the finest spots the UK and Europe have to offer. His local trails used to be the Forest of Dean, where ex UCI Downhill World Champion Charlie Hatton grew up riding, and the UK's biggest bike park, Bike Park Wales. He has also ridden in Morzine, Lets Gets and Chatel in France. Steve's dream is to get out to Whistler before he hits 50!

Steve is a certified PMBIA Level 1 instructor and PMBIA Ride Guide.
He also has up-to-date first aid training.
